Your health is your greatest wealth.
Personalised, evidence-based nutrition that addresses the root causes of your health concerns — not just the symptoms.
Led by the father of medicine himself
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
— Hippocrates, c. 460–370 BC
Hippocrates believed the foods we consume have a direct impact on our health — that a balanced, nutrient-rich diet acts as preventive medicine: strengthening the immune system, supporting organ function and reducing the risk of chronic illness.
01 — Philosophy
Why nutritional therapy?
Food is more than fuel — it is a powerful, natural tool for restoring balance, supporting long-term health, and helping you feel your very best every day.
Nutritional therapy is about more than being told what to eat. It is about understanding your unique body, your lifestyle and your goals, then creating a personalised plan that works for you in the real world — identifying and addressing the root causes of your health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms.
Good health is not simply the absence of disease; it is the foundation for living life to its fullest potential. Every positive change you make today is an investment in your future health — small, consistent steps that compound into a healthier, more vibrant life.

02 — About me
A practice born from personal experience
I am a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, registered with the General Naturopathic Council and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.
I was first introduced to naturopathic medicine at an early age. Several of my close relatives, including my mother, have lived with chronic conditions that conventional medicine has struggled to effectively manage. Witnessing this sparked my interest in a more holistic approach to health.
My passion is also deeply personal. I live with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and understand first-hand the challenges of managing a chronic condition — and what it feels like to neglect your health while lifestyle and environment take their toll. That journey shapes the way I work today: with genuine understanding, empathy, and insight into what you may be going through.
In today’s fast-paced world, I believe in slowing down and creating space to truly understand each individual. My approach is centred around four key principles:
-
01
Listen
To you, to what you are saying — and not saying — and to what your body is communicating.
-
02
Understand
Who you are as a person, including your lifestyle, preferences and goals.
-
03
Connect
By building a strong, trusting relationship — a safe space to explore what works for you.
-
04
Explore
Every possible avenue to improve your health and wellbeing, in depth.
My goal is to empower you with knowledge and awareness, so that over time you can confidently make the right choices for your own health — physically, mentally and emotionally.
03 — Clinical focus
Where nutritional therapy can help
Comprehensive, evidence-based nutritional therapy that integrates the latest research in nutritional science with a thorough understanding of human physiology — targeted, personalised interventions that are both safe and effective.
Supporting conditions such as IBS, SIBO, reflux, dysbiosis, coeliac disease and inflammatory bowel disease through targeted dietary strategies and gut-microbiome support.
Optimising thyroid health, improving insulin sensitivity and supporting reproductive hormone regulation for conditions such as PCOS, PMS and menopause-related symptoms.
Addressing weight management, lipid-profile optimisation, blood-pressure regulation and cardiovascular risk reduction through tailored nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
Applying nutritional protocols to manage acne, eczema, psoriasis and other inflammatory skin conditions.
Supporting recovery from chronic fatigue, post-viral syndromes and recurrent infections by enhancing immune resilience and mitochondrial function.
Each plan is measurable, adaptable and sustainable — with specific dietary recommendations, supplementation where clinically indicated, and regular follow-ups to monitor progress and ensure optimal outcomes.
04 — What to expect
The consultation process
“It is more important to know what sort of person has a disease than to know what sort of disease a person has.”
Hippocrates · the whole person, never just the condition
From the very first questionnaire, you are at the heart of everything that follows — every question, every plan and every follow-up is shaped around your story, your body and your goals, never a one-size-fits-all template.
-
01
Questionnaire
Sent ahead of your initial consultation to gather your medical history, medications, dietary and lifestyle information. The more detail you give, the more accurately personalised your plan will be.
-
02

Invest in your health
“Invest in your health” treats health as a long-term asset rather than a short-term expense. Actions you take today produce benefits that accumulate over years — just as financial investments compound, healthy habits compound too.
There is an upfront cost — time, effort, discipline — and the payoff is often delayed. But small contributions add up, and neglect compounds as well. Unlike money, some aspects of health are difficult to fully recover once severely damaged, which is why the wisest approach is to proactively build and protect wellbeing throughout life rather than treating problems only after they appear.
The return? More energy, better mood, increased productivity, greater independence as you age, and an improved quality of life. Health enables every other goal.
- Physical
- Movement, nourishing food, sleep and preventive care that improve your body’s long-term functioning.
- Mental
- Stress management, resilience, mindfulness and healthy boundaries that sharpen decisions and mood.
- Social
- Close friendships, family time and community — strong connections are linked to better health outcomes.
“Food first, supplements second.” A supplement can fill a specific, proven gap — but no pill or powder can replicate everything a varied, nutrient-rich diet provides.
Whole foods offer far more than isolated vitamins and minerals: protein, fibre, and thousands of naturally occurring compounds that work together in ways a tablet doesn’t reproduce. A vitamin C tablet is not a piece of fruit. Supplements earn their place in specific situations — correcting a diagnosed deficiency, meeting increased needs during certain life stages, or supporting restricted diets and absorption issues — not as a replacement for balanced eating.
Not all supplements are created equal, either. Two bottles with the same name on the label can differ substantially in purity, dosage, bioavailability and independent testing — and “natural” does not automatically mean safe. High doses can cause harm, some products interact with prescription medicines, and self-prescribing can mask a problem that needs proper evaluation.
The sensible approach: identify the specific goal, check the evidence, stay at recommended doses, and seek professional guidance — especially if you take medication or live with a medical condition. Understanding what your body actually needs is exactly what a personalised consultation is for.
- Food first
- Supplements are there to supplement a diet, never replace it — whole foods do the heavy lifting.
- Quality matters
- Purity, dosage, bioavailability and third-party testing separate the effective from the ineffective.
- Guided, not guessed
- Evidence, correct dosing and professional input keep supplementation safe and worthwhile.
